Live-in pet sitting in Clapham

We're Kat and James, and we sit for families in and around Clapham. While you're away, we move into your home, so your dog or cat keeps their own bed, their routine and their usual walk.

Sitting in Clapham

Plenty of Clapham dogs start the day on Clapham Common, and if that's your dog's routine, it's ours too: the same paths at the same times. Cats keep their windowsill, their garden and their feeding spot, exactly as you leave them.

Whether you're in a terrace with a garden or a flat near Clapham Junction, we'll learn how your home works at the meet and greet: keys, alarms, bins and the quirks every house has.

Busy commons and noisy nights

Clapham Common is busy with runners, football and cyclists in the mornings and evenings, and it's bordered by busy roads. Even with a dog who's reliable off the lead, we clip the lead back on well before the edges. At the meet and greet we ask about recall, other dogs and squirrels, so we know exactly how much freedom your dog is used to.

The Common also hosts big events in the summer, and Bonfire Night and New Year's Eve bring fireworks across south London. If your sit covers any of these, we walk earlier, close the curtains and keep your pet company through the evening.

Many flats near Clapham Junction and Northcote Road share a front door and stairs with neighbours. We learn the building's rules, where the bins go and which neighbours know your pet, so everything carries on as normal.

Nearby

We also sit across Battersea, Balham, Brixton, Stockwell and Wandsworth. If you're close by and not sure, send us your postcode.

How it works

Tell us your dates and a little about your pet, and we reply within 24 hours. We then meet you and your pet, at home or on a video call, at no charge. When you leave, we move in and stay overnight for the whole trip, with photos and messages every day until you're home.

Prices

Our prices are the same across London: £50 a night for a cat or small pet, £55 for a small dog up to 15kg and £65 for a large dog over 15kg. Every night is cheaper on stays of 7 nights or more, and each extra pet is £10 or £15 a night. Our guide to pet sitting costs has every rate, or you can work out your exact price.
