Most cats would rather you didn't go away at all. The next best thing is their own windowsill, their feeding spot and their routine, with calm company. We're Kat and James, and while you're away we live in your home so your cat's world stays the same.
Why cats settle better at home
Cats are territorial, and most are calmest in a place they know. Staying home means your cat keeps their own territory, and we fit around their routine rather than the other way round.
- We stay overnight, every night, so there's company in the evenings and mornings, when most cats are at their most sociable.
- Meals to their exact schedule, fresh water and a clean litter tray.
- Play, brushing and lap time on your cat's terms, including shy cats who need patience and space.
- Photos and messages every day, so you can see they're relaxed.
- Medication and older cats handled carefully: pills, drops and special diets.
- Your home looked after, with plants watered and post collected.

Each additional cat or small pet is £10 a night, so multi-cat homes are welcome. Rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets are the same rate as cats. There are no hidden extras, and the meet and greet is free. Read our guide to pet sitting costs in London, or try the price calculator.
