Live-in pet sitting in Chelsea and Kensington

We're Kat and James, and we sit for families in Chelsea and across Kensington. While you're away, we live in your home, so your pet keeps their routine and your home is lived in and looked after.

Sitting in Chelsea and Kensington

If your dog's usual walk is along the Embankment or over the bridge to Battersea Park, that's the walk they'll get. We follow your routine, not ours.

Many homes here are mansion blocks or have a porter or concierge. We'll arrange key handover and any building rules with them before you go, so nothing is left to the last minute.

While you're away we also keep your home ticking over: post collected, deliveries taken in, plants watered and everything left as you'd expect to find it.

Parks, river walks and busy weeks

Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Holland Park each have their own rules on where dogs can be off the lead, and they're signposted in the park. We follow those, and yours on top: if your dog only goes off the lead in one particular spot, that's the only place they go off it.

In late May the Chelsea Flower Show brings crowds and extra traffic around the Royal Hospital and the Embankment, and Bonfire Night and New Year's Eve mean fireworks along the river. If your sit covers any of these, we change walk times and make sure your pet has company at home through the evening.

Mansion flats and lateral apartments tend to be quiet, which suits most cats. We keep the routine tight, with the same feeding times, a clean litter tray and evenings at home, so a long trip feels like an ordinary week.

Nearby

We also sit in South Kensington, Fulham, Belgravia, Pimlico and Notting Hill. If you're close by and not sure, send us your postcode.

How it works

Tell us your dates and a little about your pet, and we reply within 24 hours. We then meet you and your pet, at home or on a video call, at no charge. When you leave, we move in and stay overnight for the whole trip, with photos and messages every day until you're home.

Prices

Our prices are the same across London: £50 a night for a cat or small pet, £55 for a small dog up to 15kg and £65 for a large dog over 15kg. Every night is cheaper on stays of 7 nights or more, and each extra pet is £10 or £15 a night. Our guide to pet sitting costs has every rate, or you can work out your exact price.
